Dieting

The people often use diet with physical exercise to lose weight in those who are overweight .
But
Some people or players, however, use the diet to gain weight (to improve or mantain thier body shape or muscle).






Diets which is used for weight loss can be divided into four categories:

1- low-fat,
2-low-carbohydrate,
3-low-calorie,
4- very low calorie.
